DoCare on BBC Radio 2nd September 2016

Una Mills and Will Bugg had the privilege of talking with Anna King (BBC Radio Gloucestershire) about the role of male support workers in the care sector. DoCare values the diversity of having male and female support workers and we find that our clients enjoy this too. This time last year Care England published an article highlighting the need for more male support workers to join the sector and Anna was following up on this to see why DoCare male carers join the company and enjoy working in the sector.
