Meet the DoCare team
Steve is a passionate advocate of the homecare sector and spends most of his time looking at ways to improve the DoCare service. This means spending time with clients and staff to find out how DoCare is performing and getting some great ideas on how to do things even better.
Working in the caring profession is second nature to Una, whose parents were live-in wardens at a residential accommodation complex for elderly people. Which meant, as Una says, she was brought up with "an extra 24 grannies and granddads"!
All things financial come under Laila’s watchful gaze. She’s been with DoCare for ten years, organising payroll, client payments and accounts, and is firmly in charge of the petty cash tin.
Kate joined DoCare in 2010 and has gained a huge amount of experience across the company. Passionate about providing the best level of care for all of our clients, she is a former winner of the Great British Care Awards for the South West.
Rachel joined DoCare more than a decade ago and has progressed her career from support worker, to team leader, to senior team leader and now manager of our Service Management Team.
Training Support Manager
Pam is in charge of training, overseeing the induction of all our new staff, and their on-going training.
Employee Services and Support Administrator
Andrea has been working in care for a decade, the majority of that time with DoCare. Andrea works closely with Una in recruitment, and her insight into the care role makes her an expert at spotting excellent candidates.
Business Relationship Co-ordinator
Will joined DoCare straight from university in 2013, and has quickly established himself as a key member of the head office team.
Customer Services Representative
Danni is with our Personnel Team, supporting new members of staff when they join the DoCare family. She also helps out with the Service Management Team handling, calls and queries from our clients and staff.
Mike is a member of our Service Management Team, which acts as a central point of contact for our clients and staff, and is on hand seven-days-a-week.
